305th OSS Airman becomes 'guardian angel of the road

Register’s Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa participants bike 500 miles through Iowa, July 2021. U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Nathan Haney, an Air Force Cycling Team member, is assigned to the 305th Operations Support Squadron as an air traffic controller watch supervisor. This was his first time participating in the RAGBRAI, which is known as the oldest, largest, and longest multi-day bicycle touring event in the world.
