Members of the National Commission on Military Aviation Safety (NCMAS) take a tour of the F-22 Raptor facility Nov. 1, 2019, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. The purpose of NCMAS is to examine past mishaps and make recommendations to the President, Congress and ultimately the Defense Department on ways to improve aviation safety and readiness in the military.
