Operational Support Division

The Operational Support Division (SEO) is a critical component of the Air Force Safety Center, responsible for a wide range of functions that underpin operational readiness and effectiveness by supporting the key operational disciplines of aviation, occupational, space, and weapons safety. This division seamlessly integrates five key pillars: Training and Force Development, Human Performance, Analysis, Cyberspace Operations, and Risk Management. Together, these branches form a synergistic "engine room" for the organization. This integrated approach ensures that the organization is not only ready for today's challenges but is also adaptable and resilient enough to face the evolving threats of the future. The deputy division chief also serves as the safety civilian career field manager, establishing policy and serving as the day-to-day advocate for issues and concerns
