The Air Force Safety Center is asking for feedback on the 2018 Fall Prevention Focus which ran from May 7-11. The survey is available 24/7 worldwide with a Controlled Access Card on the Occupational Safety SharePoint site or simply send an email describing personal experiences to SEGT.AFSC@us.af.mil.
