Road Condition Amber at Ramstein Air Base represents mild to severe road conditions. During inclement weather, some of the typical conditions that may call for a change to Amber are temperatures of 30 - 35 degrees Fahrenheit, one to four inches of snow, packed snow, snow slush, black ice, and reduced visibility of 65-164 feet.
