Five years of working with OSHA and NIOSH to shine a light on reducing slips, trips and falls has resulted in a vast reduction in the severity of fall mishaps across the Air Force. In the last four years, the Air force has experienced a 30% reduction in on-the-job injuries! More can be done! Now that the 2018 Air Force Fall Prevention Focus has come to an end, the Air Force needs feedback, regardless of participation. This is an excellent way to assist the team here at the Air Force Safety Center in planning future Fall Prevention Focuses. The survey is available 24/7 worldwide with a Controlled Access Card on the Occupational Safety SharePoint site or simply send an email describing personal experiences to SEGT.AFSC@us.af.mil.
