International Flight Safety Officer course's 1000th student

1st Lt. Ali Khadeem Said Al-Fathi, Royal Air Force of Oman, displays the commander's coin presented by Maj. Gen. Andrew M. Mueller, Air Force chief of safety, as the 1,000th student to attend the Air Force Safety Center's International Flight Safety Officer Course at Kirtland Air Force Base, N.M., on April 12. The IFSO course provides safety education for international officers who manage flight safety programs and an understanding of safety program management fundamentals, safety principles and mishap investigation techniques.
