The Sixth Annual Air Force Occupational Safety Stakeholder's Report has been released. It is based upon the foundation of the Air Force Safety Management System's four pillars: Policy and Leadership; Risk Management; Assurance and Promotion; and Education. Included are the results of our 2015 activities and initiatives, as well as presenting recommendations for the coming year.

"Through effective risk management and the Air Force Mishap Prevention Program, mishaps are preventable," said Bill Parsons, Air Force chief of occupational safety.  "Our mission to Safeguard Airmen, Protect Resources and Preserve Combat Readiness demands our focused efforts on prevention and mitigation."

When all commanders, supervisors, workers and safety professionals support Quest for Zero, and the goal of zero on-duty mishaps, we can reduce our safety-related losses.

The challenges of 2016 are ahead and as a team we will continue to fly, fight and win in all domains.
