Zombie caption contest winners announced

KIRTLAND AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. --  The cartoon caption contest held in conjunction with the Air Force Ground Safety Holiday/Winter campaign ended Jan. 27.

Following are the winners selected from entries across the continental United States and overseas:

· First place - Master Sgt. Ernest S. Monroe, 149th Combat Communications Squadron, North Highlands Air National Guard Station, Calif.
· Second place - Master Sgt. Christopher R. Calhoun, 33rd Fighter Winter, Eglin Air Force Base, Fla.
· Third place - Tech. Sgt. Garrett Prevo, 372nd Training Squadron, Luke Air Force Base, Ariz.

Honorable mentions:
