The following infographic provides bear safety guidance. Bears are found throughout Florida and sometimes visit neighborhoods. If bears can't find food, they will move on. Be aware of surroundings and if you are having conflicts with bears, contact Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission’s 24-hour Wildlife Alert Hotline at 1-888-404-FWCC.
