633rd Safety: a safe holiday is a happy holiday

According to the U.S. Department of Transportation, tire tread should have approximately 2/32 of an inch of remaining tread depth to reduce the risk of hydroplaning in the rain at highway speeds and losing traction in snow. When traveling, be sure to check tire tread and ensure it is the proper depth for the areas you will be traveling through. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Teresa J. Cleveland)
