Crash Lab adds heavies
Containers of aircraft debris are off-loaded September 18 at the Air Force Crash Lab on Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico. Three heavy aircraft with more than 342,000 pounds of wreckage were delivered to the lab over the last few weeks to be used during the hands-on portion of the Aircraft Mishap Investigation Course taught at the Safety Center.
