RAFM ‘Dirt Boyz’ make CDC entrance safe, secure for pedestrian families, customers

U.S. Air Force Airmen from the 100th Civil Engineer Squadron Heavy Equipment and Pavements shop, otherwise known as “Dirt Boyz,” transfer old paving slabs, weeds and debris from a digger to a truck outside the child development center at Royal Air Force Mildenhall, England, Sept. 7, 2023. The heavy equipment and pavements Airmen, otherwise known as the “Dirt Boyz,” put up new fencing, replaced curbs and pathways, and added a concrete mini hardstand for an additional 100th Security Forces Squadron entry control point to provide easier and safer access for those walking across the main road from base to the CDC gate.
