Robert Martin delivers remarks after being presented with a “Saved by the Helmet” Award on April 26, 2024, by Motorcycle Ohio, part of the Ohio Department of Public Safety, at the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Motorcycle Safety Month kickoff event sponsored by the 88th Air Base Wing Safety Office.
