  • Leavitt: Dream big, work hard

    Maj. Gen. Jeannie Leavitt, Chief of Safety for the Air and Space Forces, visited Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, April 1, 2022, as the guest speaker for an undergraduate pilot training graduation at the 80th Flying Training Wing, but also took time for professional development opportunities.

  • Safety program IDs 159 vehicles with recalls during review

    The 82nd Training Wing Safety Office hosted a team from the National Safety Council’s “Check To Protect” Campaign in November, a first in the Air Force. Of the 700 vehicles scanned, 159 total safety recalls were discovered.
