Air Force advances statewide PFAS cleanup across New Mexico

A groundwater treatment system at the southeast corner of Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico. The Air Force Civil Engineer Center designed the system which is currently capturing and treating about 500,000 gallons per day to prevent further migration off base and reduce per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances, or PFAS, concentrations in groundwater.
