Camping Safety - family sitting around campfire next to a tent

During the summer months some families take to the mountains to go camping. Always prepare for the unexpected; check the weather report, and tell family or friends your plans.

Hiking Safety - person hiking with hiking poles in the mountains

When you decide to go hiking make sure you prepare for the journey; wear layers, proper shoes and boots, and take extra water and food. Hiking with a buddy is a more enjoyable experience.
