AFSEC hosts Navy Chief of Safety

William Culver, chief of the Air Force Safety Center's Aviation Safety Division, discusses the capabilities of the Mishap Analysis and Animation Facility with Rear Adm. W. Scott Dillon, Naval Safety Center commander, during a tour of the safety center on September 6 at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico.
