As the weather starts to turn colder and the leaves change color, safety concerns start to shift as well. We have less hours of daylight to drive, and falling leaves pose a hazard on the roads. Children walk back and forth to school and home and enjoy the Halloween season. Keeping them safe is always a high priority. Planning ahead is essential, whether it's preparing your home and car for winter or planning ahead for your flu shot. Use this page as a resource for a variety of safety tips for the fall season.

October is Distracted Driving Awareness Month and it’s important Airmen focus on the road and not their phone.
